RECOMMENDED SCREENINGS, EXAMS AND SHOTS
The below screenings, exams and shots are recommended:

"WELCOME TO MEDICARE" preventive visit (during first 12 months on Medicare)
ANNUAL WELLNESS VISIT (every year starting second year in Medicare)
DIABETES SCREENING and TESTS (every year if you're at risk)
GLAUCOMA TEST (every year if you're at risk)
CHOLESTEROL TEST, including LDL-C (at least every year if you're at risk)
MAMMOGRAM (every year for women over 40)
PELVIC EXAM and PAP TEST (every one to two years)
PROSTATE CANCER SCREENING (every year)
PNEUMONIA shot (as recommended by your Primary doctor)
BONE DENSITY SCREENING (every two years if you're at risk for osteoporosis)
COLORECTAL CANCER SCREENING (as recommended by your Primary doctor)
